Job Description
Apprentice Framer- entry level skill set with deep desire to learn the craft of framing. While many apprentices come in with limited framing or construction knowledge you must maintain these nonskilled required characteristics:
being on time, good work ethic, effort, energy, good attitude, passion, coachable, do extra, be prepared. Will be required to have transportation to and from the job site, own hand tools (tools bags, hammer, tape measure, square, chalk line and utility knife).
Support Framer:
support framers make up the majority of the work force, skill sets will have a broad range (able to lay out and square foundations, lay out walls, read blue prints, frame walls, floor and roof etc.) most support carpenters should be able to work effectively and efficiently on almost all framing tasks with very little to no over site, knowing what the process and steps to framing a structure .Punctuality and consistency is a must. All support carpenters will be required to have transportation to and from job sites daily, hand tools
Lead Framer:
Should be able to complete a task start to finish without over site. Good knowledge of blueprints and the framing process, able to direct and lead support framers to complete the task at hand. This position is not to be taken lightly. Lead framers must possess professional skills to deal with customers, superintendents and contractors. Most importantly they must possess leadership skills to be able to lead their team and complete projects on time with the best quality possible.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
