Job Description
Darren Bideaux RV is seeking a dynamic addition to our service team in the capacity of a full time RV Service Writer. This position will support the service dept. in performing tasks assigned to them. This position will be full time. Wages will be determined by experience
Responsibilities
Greet all customers promptly and professionally.
Determine customer s primary concern or need first then review additional maintenance needs.
Establish and maintain great customer relationships that encourage repeat and referral business.
Give fair, competitive, transparent price quotes, documented, with the customer and dealership s best interest in mind.
Handle all customer complaints immediately and resolve to the customer s satisfaction.
Communicate with each customer in a fashion that leaves them feeling comfortable and informed every time.
Work as a team player and uphold the company s standards of professionalism and integrity.
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the U.S
High School Diploma or equivalent At least one year of previous customer service or customer advocate experience
Strong record of positive customer satisfaction
Must be skilled at listening, problem solving and communication Energetic, enthusiastic and team oriented
Valid driver's license with good driving record
At least one year retail service consultant experience preferred.
Must be dependable, honest, hard working, self motivated, a team player and be able to pass a drug test.
