Description: Full Time Maintenance Coordinator
Wage: $12/hour
Monday-Thursday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Friday 9:00 AM-1:00 PM
After hours calls and maintenance emergency calls per schedule
Responsibilities
Maintenance Coordinator Job Purpose:
Be involved in supporting other members of the team and undertaking tasks/duties as required.
Vendor Coordination
Vendor Relations
Vendor Scheduling
Invoice Entry
Billing as needed
Collecting Estimates
Property Inspections
Qualifications
Required
Qualifications:
Microsoft Office skills
Typing minimum of 35 WPM
Currently enrolled in High School, High School Diploma or Equivalent
Verbal communication skills
Dependable, professional, and honest
Current driver s license, personal vehicle, and automobile insurance
Pass background check
