Office Assistant

Property Management & Real Estate office looking for a part time person Monday-Friday 10:00 am to 3:00pm,
Duties include but not limited to: Emailing,Data entry,answering phones bookeeping, Scheduling, showing properties, rent collections, lease agreements, home inspections,tenant & Owner relations, customer service,letter writing.
general secretary duties.
Must have computer and windows based program knowledge., Excel, Word, outlook,Emails.
Candidate must work well with others and Self Motivated & Communication skills.
Must have own vehicle.(reimbursement available)

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
