Ovation Primary Care & Hospice , a Stellar Senior Living Company, continues to grow and we are now expanding in the Arizona market! We are currently seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Director of Nursing with a focus on geriatrics, hospice, and palliative care to join our primary care team.
As the Director of Nursing with Ovation, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of our hospice program, ensuring the highest standards of care are upheld.
Your leadership and expertise will be instrumental in providing exceptional nursing care and ensuring the well-being of our patients.

Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the nursing team, providing guidance, support, and ongoing training to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient careCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and review individualized patient care plansOversee the implementation of evidence-based practices and best standards of careEnsure compliance with all regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and quality assurance measuresMonitor and evaluate patient outcomes and satisfaction levels, identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate strategiesFoster a culture of teamwork, respect, and collaboration among the nursing staff and interdisciplinary team membersManage staffing needs, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluationsProvide guidance and support to nursing staff in complex patient care situationsParticipate in community outreach initiatives, education programs, and professional development activitiesCollaborate with other department leaders to optimize organizational effectiveness and efficiency
Qualifications:
Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standingBachelor's degree in NursingMinimum of 4 years of experience in hospice or palliative care nursing, with demonstrated leadership experienceStrong knowledge of hospice regulations, compliance requirements, and best practicesProven ability to lead and manage a diverse nursing teamExcellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skillsStrong organizational and problem-solving abilitiesEffective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team membersProficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems and other relevant healthcare softwareCompassionate, empathetic, and dedicated to providing quality end-of-life careAbout the Company:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
