Summary A Barista is responsible for creating a memorable guest experience by always providing fast, friendly service and highest of quality products at one of our coffeehouse or drive-thru only locations.
A barista is also accountable for creating an efficient workflow individually and in a team setting, managing and operating all transaction payment systems, and maintaining store cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities Greet and engage in conversation with each guest, providing highest level of service and hospitality.
Learn guest names and drink preferences.
Welcome questions and seek to educate guests about our products.
Suggestively sell gift cards and other products that benefit our business and guests.
Ring up all transactions in timely, efficient, and accurate manner.
Prepare all drink and food items according to recipes and aesthetic guidelines with a high level of speed, accuracy, and consistency.
Maintain store appearance, cleanliness, and operate/maintain all store equipment.
Open and close store according to company procedures.
Perform at high level individually and within a team environment to provide high value to our team, customers, and organization.
