RockRun Dental RockRun Dental Roy, UT Roy, UT Full-time Full-time $17 - $19 an hour $17 - $19 an hour 5 days ago 5 days ago 5 days ago Greet patients when they arrive at the dentist's office Schedule appointments for patients Two years experience as dental receptionist Maintain patient accounts and records Assist multiple dentists, hygienists, and assistants process end of day bank deposits accurately Multitask with multiple receptionists to fill appointments for hygienists and dentists Submit patient claims to insurance companies Assist patients while filling out required dental and medical forms Confirm appointments with patients via text, phone, or email Two years working knowledge with Eaglesoft dental program Manage and organize specialist referrals Account receivables and collections Organize and work with other receptionists to manage and purchase office supplies Perform basic accounting tasks such as taking patient payments and preparing billing statements Update patient insurance information Monitor and ensure all dental office equipment is functioning properly Sort and organize incoming and outgoing mail Make every effort that patients are comfortable Maintain the highest quality of professionalism Maintain petty cash available in the dental office Job Type:
