Memory Care Coordinator The Memory Care Coordinator is responsible for developing, coordinating and implementing programs and services for residents with Alzheimer's and Dementia. The Memory Care Coordinator will assist the Activity Director with outings and other activities with residents outside of memory care when needed. There will be 1-2 evening activities a month. Must have active C.N.A license. Must love working with seniors. Must have minimum of 1 year experience working with people with Alzheimer's or.
