Responsibilities:

o Experience leading full stack development teams to design, develop, and implement enterprise IT applications to support business requirements Strong understanding and proficiency in Java-based development Practical understanding of DevSecOps principles and ToolChains Proficient in development of AWS-based cloud native services Strong communication skills (oral and written) as well as the ability to interact with stakeholders, team members, external vendors, various levels of management, and internal clients with assorted levels of computer experience Experience resolving technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation Expert level understanding of Oracle and SQL-based data repositories, logistics processes, scheduling and delivery best practices, and other business processes Proficient with the software development lifecycle best practicesClearance Requirement The applicant must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearanceAn active Top Secret clearance is preferred but not requiredCitizenship Requirement The applicant must be a citizen of the U.
