This is a part-time, hourly administrative role located in Roy, Utah.
The ideal candidate for this position is a motivated self-starter with excellent communication and organizational skills.
As an individual contributor, the Office Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting the daily administrative tasks.
Compensation & Schedule:
The compensation for this position is $13.
50 per hour, paid monthly.
In this position, you are able to make your own schedule on a weekly basis, working around 15-18 hours per week.
This offers lots of flexibility and the ability to easily balance your work and personal life.
Responsibilities:
Communicate with clients through email Perform various administrative tasks such as computer filing, printing, and data entry Maintain spreadsheets Use multiple computer programs to maintain client information Other duties as assigned by the management team Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Salesforce Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Previous office assistance experience preferred.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
