This is a great position and you would be working with a very supportive team.
We have been around for 25
years, and are growing fast.
This position would be responsible for training new employees, inspecting buildings, cleaning buildings when employees are sick or on vacation, creating relationships with employees and organizing janitor closets.
The typical schedule would be starting around 6PM on weekdays and working until you finish.
This is usually between 12 AM and 3 PM depending the on the night.
If you have a certain number of hours you need, we can structure your schedule to make sure you get enough hours.
The right candidate will have the following:

years of Janitorial experience (Or equivalent) Attention to detail Willingness to be a team player and work hard Ability to communicate effectively to train new employees and resolve issues Reliable transportation to drive between buildings (Gas reimbursement is in addition to the pay) Duties you will be responsible for Oversee several commercial buildings and cleaning staff Answer occasional evening phone calls Train and re-train staff to use efficient and thorough cleaning methods Act as a floater to clean when employees are gone Ensure employees perform quality work and follow company policy (i.
