The role of the Mechanical Engineer would be to participate in designing mechanical systems for many aspects of ground aircraft support systems such as air handling, cooling, electrical supply, charging, etcThey company creates devices used in the airplane industries which provide power when the aircraft are shut off as well as starting upBoth for civilian and military aircraft. Will be working with projects and supply chain vendors, and manage projections on timelines and resources to work on themMany of these projects deal with refrigeration with 410A sizing compressors, heat rejection evaporator coils and condenser coil both fin & tube and Microchannel), and Electrical Supply systems (480 V, 3Phase).Required Skills /

years Project Management within a Manufacturing environment Experience working with Supply Chains, and forecasting when parts are available and can be implemented (they have supply chain people, but need to understand how to work with vendors, parts, inventory, and delivery of finished products) NEC and UL Codes Bachelors Degree Mechanical Engineering Aerospace industry experience highly preferred Criminal Background check and drug screen prior to start this company is a D.O.Dprime supplier and all employees have to comply with this.
