About This Job Air and Space Force Solutions, a business unit within BAE Systems, has an opening for a Service Desk Technician.
The selected candidate will join our Information Services team and have an important role in supporting our mission of Strategic Deterrence through continual improvement and innovation.
The position will have the following duties and
Responsibilities:
Resolve technical problems in a call center/help desk environment Work with internal and external users and organizations to support customer user-level requirements, including resolving end-user support requests, and researching and deploying advanced technologies Resolve access requests for user accounts and other support functions Where possible, use automated tools and scripts to improve efficiency and accuracy Provide technical assistance, training and system documentation for users to promote efficient operation of applications Perform other duties as assigned What's In It For You Competitive wages Medical Dental 401k Paid time off Work/life balance Career development Tuition reimbursement Mentorship opportunities Rewards & recognition Work Location Roy, Utah, or hybrid remote Travel.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
