About This Job Air and Space Force Solutions, a business unit within BAE Systems, has an opening at our Hill Air Force Base, Utah location for an Administrative Assistant.
The selected candidate will join our Information Services team and have an important role in supporting our mission of Strategic Deterrence through continual improvement and innovation.
Work will include a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, data collection and management, measuring and monitoring performance, schedule management, planning, and reporting program status internally to program management.
Duties also include providing support to our managers and employees, greeting visitors and guests, assisting in daily office needs and managing general administrative activities.
This position may perform the following duties and
Responsibilities:
Develops and implements the division schedule Develops, prepares and coordinates organizational briefings, information papers, and financial plans for the division Interfaces with travel team to ensure travel is efficiently scheduled Plans and executes organizational activities for both internal and external agencies Develops information on budget status, workforce level, equipment availability, and other division capabilities Supports financial and scheduling analysis for division contracts and associated subcontractors Prepares procurement documentation, as required Determines customer requirements and translates these requirements into organizational plans Analyzes business and technical processes to develop and implement new and modified processes and policies Develops metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities Assists the local business operations manager, as required Manages division operations across multiple facilities, ensuring workforce is operational Works effectively with staff in other business areas, such as logistics, engineering, customer service, and finance Performs other duties as assigned What's In It For You Competitive wages Medical Dental 401k Paid time off Work/life balance Career development Tuition reimbursement Mentorship opportunities Rewards & recognition Work Location Hybrid Travel.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
